Cero RC35 Carbon Clincher wheelset Rim: Our full carbon Toray High TG Resin RC50 hand crafted rims feature a 25.2mm external profile which create a smooth and aerodynamic transition when paired with a 23mm, 25mm or 28mm tyre.
With today’s increased understanding of wider tyres being optimally run at lower pressures to increase grip and lower rolling resistance, the width of the RC35 rims allow for the largest possible gains to be made. Tubeless ready as standard allowing you the option of running your wheels with sealant and no tubes for better puncture protection or just as easily conventional tyres and tubes.
The rims U shaped profile has been engineered for higher speeds, increased stability, faster acceleration and improved efficiency in cross winds at a variety of yaw angles.
The RC35’s braking performance has been enhanced with class leading High TG epoxy resin system and the use of basalt technology in the rim track, this helps manage and dissipate heat generated from extreme braking and provides greater stopping power when used in conjunction with the superb SwissStop pads included in the wheelset.

Hub: We use the same Cero hub set on the RC35’s as our multiple award winning and best selling performer the AR30 Evo’s, it’s the lightest and fastest running we’ve found – so why change! Hand crafted in Taiwan from 6061 alloy the hub body is lightweight while retaining incredible strength and durability. The high quality bearings included are double sealed to keep them running smooth and free for thousands of miles across a variety of weathers.

- Yes, carbon wheels are (too) expensive, that said,
these are on the cheaper side unless you have the stomach to buy directly from Asia.
They came absolutely true out of the box, finish is good . I am not to fond of the stickers, though, they look cheapish to me . Sub 1300 gr is seriously lightweight but according to my scale they weigh closer to 1350 gr.
Tire fitting is easy and my Gp 5000 28c sits perfectly on the wide rim.
You don't get trendy straight pull hubs, but I think the spokes are Sapim cx Rays, they look really cool anyway.
These are my first carbon wheels, they feel smooth and stiff when cornering, braking is not as good as an alu rim but I guess that is true for all carbon wheels.
All in all I am happy with the wheels.OVERALL RATING
