Cycling components are the heart and soul of the bike - choosing the right component can make your bike run as good as new no matter how old it is. Cycle components cover a wide range of accessories and gadgets, from drivetrains and bottom brackets to gear cables and brake levers. Without cycling components there would be no bicycle, everything right down to the rivets on the chain need to be in top working order for the bike to work smoothly. As well as standard maintenance jobs like replacing the wearable cycling components like chains, cassettes and bottom brackets; there is also a lot of scope for upgrading your bike to make it like new for a fraction of the cost of a new bike.
Upgrade Your Components
A new groupset can be like having a new bike - groupset upgrades include all mechanical aspects of the bike: chainrings and cranks, chains, cassette, gear cables, derailleurs, brake and gear levers, and brake callipers. You can also buy individual parts of the groupset instead of buying the whole set, although manufacturers recommend that you keep the same groupset brand instead of mixing and matching. Caring for your bike and its components can make it last much longer and reduce the effects of wear and tear. Speak to a member of our team about bike servicing and replacement parts.
